G. Swathi

M.B.A

M.B.A from Guru Nanak Engineering College, Hyderabad. As her children studied at Little Scholars MHOC, she started understanding the needs and developmental stages of the children. She found Montessori education interesting and could see children can explore, develop, and satisfy their developmental needs with little help from adults.
She started noticing changes in her own children’s behaviour, attitude, and interest in learning the concepts. This made her take up AMI Elementary Course and work with children. She joined Little Scholars MHOC in the year 2018. At present working as an AMI Elementary Lead Teacher and finds the place very encouraging and supportive, which in turn helps her to nurture the children in a true sense.
She is responsible for general administrative duties as assigned, for supervision of subordinate staff, and planning, preparing, and implementing daily activities, monitoring children’s progress, and maintaining related records for assigned classrooms.

Bindu Vattikonda

MCA and B.Ed

MCA and B.Ed from Osmania University Hyderabad. She has been an IT professional for 5 years working as a Java Programmer in Wipro Technologies. Her son is a Montessori child seeing his development and learning, she started liking Montessori Education. She quit her IT job and did the AMI Elementary Assistant Certificate Course from Bangalore.
With a growing Interest and passion for this method of Education, she did her AMI Elementary Diploma Course and joined Little Scholars MHOC in 2020 working as an Academic Coordinator. She loves being with children and helping them in their development. She assists in managing schedules, student clock rooms and instructional supplies for workshops and other study programs.
She develops and manages comprehensive academic support programs. She guides students on academic goals and educational issues. She assists students in their studies and helps plan their work cycles.
CMA from ICWAI Institute, worked as a Finance Professional in Wipro India and worked on an onsite project in the US. Her children studied in Little Scholars MHOC and she finds Montessori methodology – “Hands-On Learning”, which has helped children across the world for over 150 years. She finds Montessori pedagogy as child-centric and true to the spirit and as an unmatched education system for the holistic development of children.
She has the AMI Elementary Assistants Course Certificate from Chennai, a Hindi ‘Visharadha’ Certificate and an Elementary Diploma Certificate from the Schoolscape Centre for Educators. She helps children learn and explore different languages in the environment. She joined Little Scholars Montessori in 2018 and worked as a Co-curricular Director.
She is a dynamic, motivated, proactive, and organized individual. She takes responsibility for directing and organizing extracurricular and drawing people together to plan outreach activities in the school. She actively plans and schedules the co-curriculum, and quality checks, and monitors students’ involvement, which are paramount in Little Scholars MHOC.

B.A Started her teaching career as a Primary Montessori Directress in Little Scholars MHOC in 2013. She completed the AMI Primary Assistants Certificate Course and Primary Diploma Course from IMC (Indian Montessori Course). She finds the team at Little Scholars is always ready to help, guide, and support her which played a crucial role in her work with the children.
IT Engineer from JNTU Anantapur. Her Child is studying in Little Scholars MHOC and she finds that Montessori Education helps the children in their natural development. She got inspired by the way her child was independent and took the AMI Primary diploma Course. She joined Little Scholars MHOC in 2022 as a Primary Montessori Directress.

She is the AMI Primary Assistant Course Certificate, works as an Assistant Teacher at Little Scholars MHOC, and takes part in all the activities at school. She handles all the school-related issues with her wit and patience. She is loved by all the children and teachers.
